Accurate Tests and Expert Treatment

Beware, not all sperm tests are equal and we see many patients who have been given less-than-accurate results which could lead to mistakes in future decisions about treatment and paternity.

With over 25 years’ experience in male factor infertility, we can answer all your questions and provide a complete range of tests and treatments.

Male infertility accounts for 40% of the fertility issues we treat. This is a significant proportion and there are many reasons for this.

We have the answers – with the most advanced and accurate tests available, expert surgical sperm retrieval and a full range of cryopreservation services.

Testing and treatment at Bridge is fast and effective – and, just two minutes walk from London Bridge mainline and underground stations, the centre is easily accessible by all forms of transport.

Accurate Sperm Tests - to latest World Health Organisation parameters

A Bridge semen analysis gives precise information on volume, count, motility and formationto the latest WHO parameters – and, unlike many other tests, we use colour markers to ensure pinpoint accuracy.

Your test results are important - and it is equally important that they are backed up by expert advice and interpretation of results.

A proportion of patients will require a further test - the Sperm DNA Fragmentation Assay (SDFA). This is the most advanced test available for sperm DNA quality. The SDFA helps guide the best choice of infertility treatment by evaluating sperm health issues that are not detectable by a standard semen analysis. Call Admissions on 020 7089 1449 for detailed information.

Successful Sperm Retrieval

In the final analysis, it all comes down to one single issue - the ability to father your own children and build your family. We will do everything in our power to make this possible for you – using advanced sperm retrieval techniques - PESA Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration and all TESE, Testicular Sperm Extraction, if necessary.

Fertility Preservation is vital insurance for the future

An increasing number of young men are taking precautions against the effects of daily life and possible future medical conditions such as testicular cancer, which are also on the increase, by freezing sperm samples now for possible future use. Men in high-risk occupations are doing the same.

Bridge can help you to protect your fertility for the future. In addition to the very latest in medical technology, we offer the advice and counselling that is necessary and helpful when difficult choices have to be made.
